Utah Newborn Photography – Calton January 16, 2012

I get a chance to smell sweet smelling heads and I get to hold warm cuddly little babies without having to actually get pregnant, or birth them. It’s really a pretty sweet deal. Meet baby Calton. Mmm . . . can’t you smell that sweet newborn smell through your monitor? He is 13 days old here. The best time to photograph newborns is during the first two weeks of life, so we were right on the tail of that window of time. He didn’t like being fussed with too much, so during our three hour photo session, we got most of these images during our last 15 minutes together. Isn’t that the way it goes?
What a doll. This sweet baby belongs to my friend Jeneece, and I have photographed her family several times. I love repeat clients!
